Safety 1st Swivel Bath Seat Recall
IGC Dorel Pty Ltd is voluntarily recalling the Safety 1st Swivel Bath Seat item from the above mentioned model.
IGC Dorel is taking this action as the warning label is easily removed and not permanently affixed therefore does not comply with regulations 2(b) of the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard)(Baby Bath Aids) Regulation 2005.

Safety 1st SmartLight Stair Cate
IGC Dorel is recalling the Safety 1st SmartLight Stair Gate (Model # 42111) manufactured before December 31, 2007.

IGC Dorel is taking this action as it has come to our attention that the hinges that hold the gate in place can break, posing a fall hazard to children if the gate is placed at the top of the stairs.
To identify if your product is affected by the recall please check the manufacture date of your product located below the gate’s handle. The date wheel is imprinted in the plastic and an arrow indicates the month, and the year is stamped inside the circle. Refer to Image 1. Alternatively, the manufacture date is also printed on a sticker inside the battery door. Refer to Image 2.

IGC Dorel urges customers to immediately stop using their Safety 1st SmartLight Stair Gate if their product matches the abovementioned model # and manufacturing date, and to contact IGC Dorel to obtain a free repair kit.
Mother’s Choice Highchair
As a responsible supplier of Infant Nursery products, IGC Dorel
is advising customers in the interest
of safety to check the back of their Mother’s Choice highchair
seat to determine if the harness strap has been designed in a
continuous loop.
If so, IGC Dorel is offering customers a suitable remedy to
separate the loop, including a leaflet outlining the method of how
to apply the fix, as an extra safety precaution.
Mother’s Choice highchairs comply with the relevant European or
ISO standards.
